On October 30, Kara Taylor, Senior Laboratory Manager at WhiteLabs will host a free Education Class ‘Deep Diving into Yeast Starters’ at the Brouwland Academy.
This enchanted speaker spends her days in the lab among the partying yeast cells and is a leading authority in her profession.
During this lecture we will talk about what making a starter can do and we delve into some data behind different types of starters. Everything that can influence your decision to make a starter is covered! We also look at the number of cells and the viability of different yeast storage methods.
Afterwards you have the opportunity to ask questions and find out everything you need to know about liquid yeast.
