Pasteurisers

Pasteurisation involves briefly heating a product to kill all the bacteria that can cause it to spoil. The process extends the product shelf life, while also retaining its good qualities. A great technique, right? Having your own pasteuriser will allow you to process large volumes quickly and easily. Fun fact: the Belgian Louis Pasteur was the first person to pasteurise something, back in 1862!
