Sourced from a Belgian monastery, this yeast produces the distinctive fruitiness and plum characteristics. Excellent yeast for high gravity beers, Belgian Ales, Dubbels and Tripels. Lower temperatures (18-19°C) will result in less fruity and earthier beers.
