Description - Angel dried brewing yeast CS31 500 g

Angel CS31 is an excellent ale yeast for high alcohol ale styles. Vigorous fermentation, high attenuation and medium flocculation. Displays abundant ester and fruity aroma.
This yeast is var. diastaticus.

  • temperature range: 15-25°C
  • attenuation: high
  • alcohol tolerance: 14%
  • flocculation: high
  • dosage: 50 to 100 g/hl, increase dosage up to 100 to 300 g/hl at special conditions of fermentation.
