Angel CN36 is a high fermentation yeast, characterised by the cleanliness of its profile and the possibility of fermenting in a very wide temperature range (10-25°C). Recommended for a wide range of beer styles that need a neutral aroma such as IPA, Pale Ale, Kölsch, but also Dry stout or malt forward English type ales.
