Four young Brewers, ‘De Hopjutters’, created Mouten Kop in 2010. With this beer they won the Brouwland beer competition in the category best hobby beer. Shortly after they had their beer brewed commercially, initially by 't Hofbrouwerijke, currently by Brouwerij De Graal.
A slightly bitter pale ale with 6,5% alcohol and a malty character. It has a dry and spicy aftertaste.

Pale 7 EBC, Münchener 15 EBC, hops Cascade, cardamom, coriander, orange peel sweet, Irish moss, beer yeast. Contains gluten. The malt is not crushed.
