Dear customer,

You have successfully completed a return request. As soon as possible our customer service will email you the returns document that you need to return the item(s).

Subsequently print the returns document and enclose it with your return shipment. Please ensure your return shipment has shockproof packaging. Upon receipt of your return, it will be thoroughly controlled in our warehouse.

Once the return has been processed, you will receive an acknowledgement email from our customer service with more information regarding a possible reimbursement, exchange, repair, etc. Attention: to ensure that your return will be processed smoothly, please include the necessary returns document.
