  • + Can I collect my order?

    Of course. If you order online, at Step 1 'Delivery', check the option to collect your order from Brouwland. 

    If you want to collect your order from an outlet, you need to place your order with that outlet. They will process your order. 
    If you've placed an order with one of our outlets and you have a question about this, please contact the distributor as Brouwland does not have your order details.

  • + I want to collect my parcel from Beverlo, what are the opening hours?

  • + How long will it be before my order is shipped

    We aim to prepare and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of order; provided that the ordered items are in stock.

  • + When will my order be delivered?

    The delivery periods indicated on our quotations and order confirmations are simply an indication. To find out the precise delivery period, please contact our customer services department:

  • + Can I choose a delivery date for my order?

    No, this is not an option at present. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an e-mail containing the Track & Trace code for the courier so that you can track your order online.

  • + Who will deliver my order?

    Small shipments within Europe are sent using the DPD service: home delivery & Pickup parcelshops (PickUp Parcelshops). Depending on where the parcel is to be sent, the delivery period is 1 to 4 days.
    Small shipments to destinations outside Europe are carried out by PostNL. In this case the delivery period is longer. 
     
    Larger shipments cannot be sent by the DPD service. Brouwland uses different couriers for this.

  • + Can I track my order online?

    Only orders sent via DPD & PostNL can be tracked online using a Track & Trace code. With this code, you can track your order on the courier's website using a link.

  • + What happens if I'm out when my order is delivered?

    Not at home when the DPD driver comes? You can collect your parcel from a Pickup parcelshop.

    If you’re not at home when the DPD driver comes, your parcel will be taken to a Pickup parcelshop in your local area. That way, you get your parcel as soon as possible, and you decide when you go to pick it up.

    The DPD driver will leave a note in your mailbox giving the address of the Pickup parcelshop and the time from which you can collect your parcel. You will receive an email from DPD when the parcel has arrived in the Pickup parcelshop.

    Bring your proof of identity with you when you go to pick up your parcel. You will have seven days to collect it, after which it will be returned to the sender.
    At www.dpd.be you can check the status of your parcel and find out more about our Pickup parcelshops, including locations and opening hours.

  • + Can I have my order delivered to a PO box address

    No, unfortunately this isn't possible.
