Items ordered from Brouwland are sent on approval for 10 working days (14 calendar days). The approval period begins the day after the item is delivered. This means that, following delivery, you have two weeks to decide whether or not you want to keep your parcel. Items are considered “not ordered” if they are returned unused, in the original, undamaged packaging and with a copy of the bill. The amount excluding shipping and COD charges will then be refunded as soon as possible.

Would you like to return your purchased item(s)? Log in and click on 'My Brouwland’ in the top right corner, then select 'Returns'. Then follow these steps:
- Step 1: Complete the questionnaire.
- Step 2: You will receive a returns document from our customer service by email.
- Step 3: Print the returns document and enclose it with your return shipment.
Attention: to ensure that your return will be processed smoothly, please include the necessary returns document.
- Step 4: Please ensure your return shipment has shockproof packaging.
Shipment costs are only reimbursed in case of a limited number of causes and after consultation with our customer service.

I've cancelled an order or returned a product. When will I receive a refund?
When a returned product is received and is found to be in perfect condition, your payment will be refunded or you'll receive a credit note for your next order, depending on the arrangements.
