RETURNS

Items ordered from Brouwland are sent for inspection for 10 workdays (14 calendar days). The inspection period commences the day after the item was delivered.

After delivery you have two weeks to decide whether you want to keep the package or not. Items are considered “not ordered” if they are returned unused, in the original, undamaged package and with the copy-invoice. The amount excluding shipping and COD fees are refunded as quickly as possible.

Together we will decide how to return the package. Returned items must ALWAYS include a clearly completed return-form, which you can download here.

You can only return items after contacting Brouwland.
