Brouwland delivers worldwide. You can rest assured that we do everything possible to send your order as quickly as possible and in perfect condition, no matter where you live.


Method of delivery/delivery date

If items are in stock, orders are usually sent within one week of receiving the order. The delivery date mentioned on the offer and the order confirmation is a guide. Shipping fees are calculated automatically when ordering via the website.

Small shipments are sent via DPD. Please allow 2 to 4 days for transportation. (calculate your DPD delivery time).

Voluminous goods (fruit pressers, fermentation tanks, etc.) cannot be sent via DPD. Brouwland uses various transportation companies for such items.

If a change occurs in the shipping fees, we will ALWAYS warn you in advance and request your approval.

Collection

It is possible to collect larger orders at our shop in Beverlo. Just let us know in advance, and we will ensure that your order is ready when you arrive.
Transportation complaints

Transportation damage must ALWAYS we reported immediately. You must inform the haulier at the moment of delivery and Brouwland in writing (within 48 hours). If you notice that your package was visibly damaged during transportation, you must mention this in writing when signing the delivery receipt. Always take a photograph of the damaged delivery.
