General complaints
Despite our efforts to serve you to the best of our ability, you may be dissatisfied. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Transportation complaints
Transportation damage must ALWAYS we reported immediately. You must inform the haulier at the moment of delivery and Brouwland in writing (within 48 hours). If you notice that your package was visibly damaged during transportation, you must mention this in writing when signing the delivery receipt. Always take a photograph of the damaged delivery.
