AFTER SALES SERVICE
Brouwland offers a 24 month warranty period on appliances. The invoice date is the starting date of the warranty. Be sure to keep your original invoice! Warranty repairs and/or replacements related to hidden faults and manufacturing errors always occur in the factory in Beverlo. Transportation fees will be charged for on site repairs. The warranty expires if the buyer causes the damage by handling the item improperly; this will be assessed by Brouwland.
Repairs
Brouwland’s after sales department will help you quickly whether the item is under warranty or not. Repairs made by us or via us fall under a three month warranty.

This warranty is not applicable if:

the item or appliance is not sufficiently protected against transportation damage when it’s returned

you made changes to the item or appliance, faults occurred due to incorrect or improper use such as not following the corresponding operating instructions

the fault occurred due to intentional or gross negligence

the item or appliance was affected by external factors like lightning, power failure, natural disasters, etc.

Brouwland wasn’t able to investigate the complaint (on time) and repair any faults
